Effective October 30, 2026
Partner Program Terms
These terms apply to banks, insurers, software companies, economic developers, employers and other organizations that sponsor Startology or offer products to Startology founders. A signed partner agreement, if any, controls where it differs.
The program
Partners support free business builds for founders and, in return, can present offers to founders inside Startology and receive referrals from founders who choose to connect. Fees, sponsorship tiers and reporting are set out in an order form or partner agreement with Fracs LLC.
Founder data
- You receive a founder’s details only after the founder consents to your specific offer, and only the fields listed on that offer.
- Use those details only to contact the founder about that offer and to provide the product they request.
- Do not sell, rent or share founder details, add them to unrelated marketing lists, or use them to train models.
- When a founder withdraws consent, stop new outreach within five business days.
- Protect founder data with reasonable security and tell us within 72 hours of any breach affecting it.
- Comply with the laws that apply to you, including privacy, anti-spam, consumer protection, fair lending, insurance licensing and GLBA where relevant.
Your offers
Offers must be accurate, current and not misleading, and must state material fees, eligibility and terms or link to them. You are responsible for your products and for any decision to approve, decline or serve a founder. We may edit, pause or remove an offer that does not meet these terms or that founders report as a problem.
No guarantee of volume
Founders choose freely. We do not guarantee any number of founders, referrals, accounts or customers.
Brand use
Each side may use the other’s name and logo only as approved in writing, for example a sponsor listing on startology.io. Neither side may imply that the other endorses its products beyond what was approved.
Reporting
We provide partners with Program-level reporting such as cohort size, stages and referral status. Founder-level details are shared only as described above.
Term, ending and confidentiality
Either side may end participation on 30 days’ written notice, or immediately for a material breach. Obligations about founder data, confidentiality and fees owed survive. Each side keeps the other’s non-public business information confidential.
Liability and law
Except for breaches of the founder data or confidentiality sections, or a party’s indemnity obligations, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and each side’s total liability is limited to the fees paid or payable under the partner agreement in the prior twelve months. Iowa law governs, with venue in Polk County, Iowa.
